64 Slice Cardiac CT Angiography is now offered at our Warren Imaging Center. Our PROSPECTIVE GATING feature provides dramatically reduced radiation exposure. Associated Radiologists is proud to have become a CareCore Credentialed Cardiac CT Specialty Center. This designation should greatly simplify the ability to obtain Pre-Cert authorizations for this important cardiac study. A fair and competitive CASH PAY PROGRAM is also available. GASTROENTEROLOGY/ COLON- RECTAL SURGERY

Medicare has recently expanded its coverage of Virtual Colonoscopy (CT Colonography) for the following indications:

  • FAILED OPTICAL COLONOSCOPY- In most cases our centers will make every effort to scan that patient while they are still bowel-prepped
  • HIGH-RISK PATIENTS—GI specialists can now order Virtual Colonoscopies on Medicare patients that they deem are a high risk for a standard Optical Colonoscopy,.

    • BODY MRI is offered for detection of fatty infiltration in the liver and hepatic lesions

    ORTHOPEDICS/SPORTS MEDICINE

  • Our 3.0 TESLA MRI Scanner at Bridgewater Imaging offers enhanced resolution and reduced scan time. The enhanced imaging is ideal for select spinal studies..
  • The CONFORMIS protocol for MRI and CT scans of the knee is now offered at our Warren, Edison and Bridgewater Imaging Centers. Please specify when scheduling patients.

    • OBSTETRICS/GYNECOLOGY

  • DIGITAL MAMMOGRAPHY is now offered at all our centers
  • HYSTERSONOGRAPHY is also offered for enhanced ultrasound analysis of uterine pathology. This is in addition to our regular HYSTERSALPINGOGRAPHY.
  • Select BODY MRI studies are offered for staging of Ovarian and Endometrial Cancer
