Pre-Cert Authorization
Most insurers have a pre-cert program which is designed to ensure that services provided to the patients are medically necessary, provided in the appropriate setting, and covered under the Plan. This process must be initiated by the referring physician.
If you have trouble obtaining authorization, feel free to call us and discuss the matter with one of our pre-cert coordinators or radiologists.
All referral or pre-cert authorizations should be made out to:
"ASSOCIATED RADIOLOGISTS - (Center Name)"
