We are pleased to provide you with the finest Dentascan available anywhere, using our state-of-the-art General Electric CT scanner and Columbia Scientific’s SimPlant reconstruction software. Prior to the start of your procedure, we review with you the services that will be provided to you and the fees associated with those services.
The first is the actual taking of your pictures, the CT scan, which you will have in just a few minutes. This procedure is performed by Associated Radiologists, PA, and will take approximately 15 minutes.
The second part of your exam is the
analysis of the pictures taken using Columbia Scientific’s
SimPlant reconstruction software. Associated Radiologists, P.A. will
immediately forward to Columbia Scientific all the pictures taken
during the CT scan. Then these pictures will be processed by
Columbia Scientific
and
promptly forwarded directly to your dental surgeon, who will use
these specialized processed pictures to plan your surgery.
The fees for these services are for scan + reconstruction of upper or lower jaw, and an additional fee if BOTH upper and lower jaw is requested to be processed by Columbia Scientific. These charges are payable to Associated Radiologists, P.A. prior to the start of your exam.
