Joel K. Braver, MD

Dr. Braver is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.   He received his medical degree from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Piscataway, NJ and completed a residency in Radiation Oncology at Montefiore Medical Center of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY.  Dr. Braver is board certified in Radiation Oncology by the American Board of Radiology and the National Board of Medical Examiners.

Dr. Braver is a member of the American Society of Therapeutic Radiation Oncology and the American Brachytherapy Society.  He is active in the community and serves as the Chief Medical Officer of the Northwest New Jersey Division of the American Cancer Society.  He is also the past Chairman of the Prostate Task Force for Somerset and Hunterdon Counties of the American Cancer Society.  He is an accomplished public speaker and his research has been published in the International Journal of Radiation Oncology Biology and Physics, as well as the collected abstracts of the Sixth International Congress of Immunology.
