We are excited to offer our physicians the efficiency of a film-free environment. Imaging studies performed at the Associated Radiologists offices in Edison, Warren, and Bridgewater, have reports and images available on the web in a secure environment.
Associated Radiologists is pleased to offer our RIS (Radiology Information System) PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications System) web portal at Doctor Log In. This gives you Internet access to your patients’ diagnostic reports and images. By simply obtaining a unique user name and password, we are confident that you will find access to your patients’ records is easy and straightforward.
Simply print, read, sign, and FAX the PACS HIPAA User Agreement and the Access Request Form below to obtain your log-in and password. You will be contacted for an install date shortly afterwards.
This product suite is only supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1\SP2 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0.
